It is a declared artwork and historical monument as it is a representative sample of the tobacco warehouse of the past century, important part of the study of Architecture Heritage and a testimony for the past development of the city of Komotini in the 60’s. A protection zone of 5m around the perimeter of the tobacco warehouse was declared after its restoration in order to promote successfully the monument. Ownership: Private, owned by I. Kaldirimtzis
